Handover of position upon termination or resignation from assigned branches Ensure assignment of supplies to newly hired AAs Work plans and development of AAs Trainings and reinforcements for AAs Review proper control of service payments. Review prospect control. Generate area control reports. Prepare monthly report on pending status. Follow-up and support to administrative assistants regarding questions. Support in data entry and administrative processes during absences and vacancies of the AA. Edits in data entry post approvals Mastery of policies and procedures. Control Activities: Verify that file archives and warehouses are up to date. Create and review the schedule for cash receipt and petty cash audits Ensure contract control. Review data entry quality. Perform control of entries and renewals. Follow-up on audit observations related to control for the supervision area and AAs Quarterly paperwork control Ensure application of processes and administrative policies at branches Verify the control segment applied correctly by the assistant at the branch Monthly remote reviews of the AA, to supervise the correct application of policies and processes for credit granting.
