Currently, we are seeking talent eager to embrace new challenges and passionate about serving as an **Accounting Assistant** at our **LOS OLIVOS** location. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate (or incomplete studies) in Accounting. * Availability to work Monday through Friday. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience in accounting account analysis. * Experience supporting or preparing the Annual Tax Return (DJ Anual). **Responsibilities:** * Monitor payments to ensure correct recording in the accounting system. * Conduct active collections via phone calls, emails, or letters to manage payments. * Review and reconcile petty cash and fixed funds. * Analyze accounts and validate payments. * Analyze Account No. 42 for financial statement preparation. * Record, reconcile, and report expenses in the STARSFOT system. * Prepare accounting entries for Account No. 42. * Digitize annual declarations of accounting books.
