We seek committed talent eager to grow professionally within a dynamic environment and on challenging projects.** **Job Description:** **We are looking for an intermediate-to-advanced ERP-Odoo Specialist with solid hands-on experience in implementations, primarily across CRM, Sales, Human Resources (HR), and Accounting modules.** **Responsibilities:** **✅ Analysis and Design:** * **Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering.** * **Design optimized, customer-specific workflows.** **✅ Implementation:** * **Configure and parameterize Odoo modules (Community and/or Enterprise).** * **Implement functional modules from inception through to go-live.** * **Perform data migrations from legacy systems.** * **Execute functional testing and UAT with key users.** **✅ Training and Support:** * **Design and deliver end-user training programs.** * **Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.** * **Manage incidents and change requests.** **Requirements:** **\- Experience:** * **Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in functional Odoo implementations.** * **Participation in at least 3 complete implementation projects (from analysis through to go-live).** * **Practical experience configuring at least 3 of the following modules: CRM, Sales, Human Resources (HR), and Accounting.** * **Experience integrating with other systems.** **\- Technical Knowledge:** * **In-depth understanding of commercial, administrative, and accounting processes.** * **Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.** **\- Competencies:** * **Excellent oral and written communication skills.** * **Results-oriented with strong time management and deadline adherence.** * **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.** **WE OFFER:** * **Competitive fees commensurate with market standards and proven experience.** * **Challenging projects** * **Collaborative team and environment of continuous learning** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
