A leading company in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking talented individuals like you for the Human Resources area, for the position of ***SOCIAL ASSISTANT.*** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** Ø **Degree holder** in Social Work / Social Welfare or related fields. Ø Two years of relevant work experience in this role. Ø Immediate availability. Ø Residency in areas near Santa Anita (desirable). ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Conduct internal and external procedures to secure medical services for employees through ESSALUD and EPS (e.g., submission of medical leave requests, validation of medical leaves, exchange of CITT certificates, preparation of case files). * Recovery of maternity, temporary disability, and breastfeeding subsidies. * Provide support in cases of occupational accidents or emergencies occurring within the company; activate the SCTR insurance; monitor the employee’s condition until their return to work. * Provide guidance and handle administrative procedures related to EPS and ESSALUD (e.g., enrollments, cancellations, data updates, etc.). * Update and renew the mandatory Life Insurance Policy (Vida Ley) on the MINTRA platform; process employee inclusions and exclusions. * Monitor the submission of sworn statements of beneficiaries (Life Insurance Law). * Monitor employees during pregnancy (e.g., request prenatal care booklets, maintain a tracking chart, provide information regarding maternity-related benefits). * Prepare biweekly and monthly payroll receipt reports; issue and reverse professional fee receipts; coordinate with the Treasury Department to request suspension of fourth-category income tax withholding. * Manage payments and scheduling of Occupational Medical Examinations (EMO) — both entry-level and periodic. ***WE OFFER:*** Ø Compensation: S/ 2,500 Ø Inclusion in the official payroll with all statutory benefits.
