Position Summary: Supports policy compliance, credit analysis and evaluation, credit recovery, and information management, contributing to risk management. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor policy and regulatory compliance through branch visits, field visits to businesses and customers’ residences. * Credit acquisition and quantitative and qualitative analysis. * Evaluate the quality of credit intake at VF Mexico according to current policies. * Support credit recovery and monitoring. * Support tasks assigned by the Risk Management Department. * Ensure achievement of performance indicators established by VF Mexico. * Preparation and analysis of information. * Management of monitoring KPIs. * Information and database administration for the department (results, follow-ups, compliance, tasks). * Support for in-person and field training activities. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
