Opportunity for learning and professional development **PADILLA DISTILLERY COMPANY** A liquor industry company is looking for a responsible, organized, and committed **Preparation Assistant** to support formulation and product preparation processes, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and DIGESA regulations. * Intermediate-level Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. * Experience in chemical raw material control and handling (preferred). * Proactivity, teamwork capability, and effective communication skills. **Responsibilities:** * Completing and updating DIGESA, GMP, and HACCP forms. * Managing chemical raw material requisitions, receipts, and issuances. * Chemical raw material warehouse and inventory control. * Dosing of raw materials according to product formulation. * Assisting in product preparation according to established procedures. * Recording and monitoring preparation parameters during the production process. **Benefits:** * **Salary: 1500** * Job stability and a positive work environment. * Opportunity for learning and professional development. * **Working Hours: Monday to Saturday** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
