**Construction sector company** is seeking a **Valuation Specialist** for **public works** projects (schools, hospitals, institutes, and universities), with solid knowledge of the **State Contracts Law**. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered **Civil Engineer**. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in valuations for **public works**. * Experience in public building projects (schools, hospitals, institutes, or universities). * Solid knowledge of: * Contractual and supplementary valuations * Quantity take-offs and unit cost analysis (UCA) * Physical and financial progress monitoring * State Contracts Law and OSCE regulations * Proficiency in tools: * Intermediate/advanced Excel * AutoCAD * MS Project (desirable) * Estimating software (S10, Presto, or others) Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000.00 – S/.6,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
