Drive regional standardization of processes. 2. Define and implement KPIs aligned with strategy to efficiently monitor processes. 3. Plan, coordinate, lead, and control activities related to the development of policies, standards, and procedures. 4. Conduct continuous analysis and diagnosis of various business processes to promote continuous improvement. 5. Elicit and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation. 6. Support the design of operational models derived from projects, new products, campaigns, etc. 7. Identify opportunities for process automation and robotic process automation (RPA). 8. Manage and design Operational Protocols with Insurance Companies. 9. Publish documentation (circulars, procedures, policies, protocols, etc.). **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Desirable: 2 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of process management. Knowledge of LEAN continuous improvement philosophy (mandatory). Experience modeling processes using BPMN 2.0 (mandatory). Knowledge of agile methodologies (mandatory). Knowledge of Power Platform automations (Power Apps, Power Automate) (desirable). **Offer Conditions:
