You must have: * A minimum of two (2) years of experience drafting and reviewing technical–economic proposals—including scope, assumptions, exclusions, and descriptive memoranda—for multidisciplinary engineering projects; experience in Oil & Gas, mining, or food industries is desirable. * Knowledge of applicable regulations. * High numerical accuracy. * Clear communication skills for proposal writing. * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously. * Strong enthusiasm to join our team. **What will be your mission?** Review and prepare tenders for clients, ensuring compliance with technical standards and performing price analysis according to market benchmarks. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development and modification of multidisciplinary proposals. * Cost comparison and proposal of competitive alternatives. * Review of proposals and validation of technical information received from other departments and specialists. * Identification of deviations in proposals. * Virtual or on-site meetings with clients during proposal development. * Updating the database on proposal status, clients, prospecting, marketing, etc., to keep institutional dashboard indicators up to date. * Support in identifying strategic suppliers. * Attendance at internal Key Account Manager (KAM) meetings with company departments. * Attendance at commercial clarification meetings with involved departments during project execution. * Email review, call handling, internal meetings, and reporting to supervisors. * Participation in interdepartmental internal meetings for managerial (e.g., workflow) or institutional (e.g., safety, HR, Safety Committee) purposes. * Goal planning and weekly hours reporting. * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
