




We are seeking a marketing professional to lead the strategy and execution of all corporate communication, promotion, and digital positioning initiatives. The primary objective is to design, create, implement, and manage digital campaigns aimed at generating leads, strengthening brand identity, and supporting the sales process. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related marketing disciplines. \- Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience in similar positions. \- Proficiency in developing marketing strategies and campaigns. Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Proficiency in digital marketing tools. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. \- Brand positioning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen our brand’s market presence and reputation. \- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalents (e.g., Canva Pro, CapCut). \- Strong expertise in managing campaigns on Meta Business Suite and Google Ads, as well as on platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. \- Ability to independently create graphic assets, videos, reels, and advertising content. \- Knowledge of SEO, persuasive copywriting, and storytelling. \- Proficiency in automation and analytics tools, including Meta Insights and Google Analytics. \- Expertise in corporate social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). \- Ability to plan content calendars and goal-oriented digital campaigns aligned with business objectives. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one * Work modality: On-site * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Workplace: Cercado de Lima Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
