Seeking the following personnel: Profile: Civil Engineer – Registered and licensed by the Peruvian College of Engineers (CIP) Position: Resident Engineer Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in projects involving reinforced concrete civil works and large-scale earthmoving. Experience: Within the aforementioned experience, the candidate must have served as Resident Engineer, Construction Manager, or Project Manager for at least two Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) or Procurement and Construction (PC) projects, involving concrete and reinforced concrete structures, foundations for logistics centers, shopping malls, warehouses, industrial buildings, hangars, distribution centers, storage facilities, or similar. Must possess experience in the following areas: 1. Industrial slabs covering no less than 5,000 m²; total slab area covered in prior experience must be at least 20,000 m². 2. Construction of civil works including foundations for logistics centers, shopping malls, warehouses, industrial buildings, hangars, distribution centers, storage facilities, or similar, each with a minimum area of 5,000 m². 3. Large-scale earthmoving works for construction of reinforced concrete structures.
