





**A leading company in the healthcare and dermatology-aesthetics sector is seeking a Sales Manager** to lead and expand our sales team. **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field. * Master’s degree or specialization in Business Administration (MBA), Commercial Management, Marketing, or Finance. * Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, with a proven track record of growth and promotion. * Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry **(essential)** * Experience in budgeting, sales forecasting, and management reporting for senior leadership. * Proficiency with BI tools for performance analysis, opportunity identification, and data-driven decision-making. **Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and execute the sales strategy and plan to achieve the company’s revenue and market share objectives. 2. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team’s performance, ensuring achievement of individual and team goals. 3. Establish and assign clear, measurable sales quotas and objectives for each team member. 4. Monitor and analyze key metrics (KPIs) and the sales pipeline to assess progress and make informed decisions. 5. Participate in negotiations and closing of contracts with strategic or high-value clients. 6. Ensure proper CRM administration and usage by the team to maintain up-to-date customer and sales information. 7. Prepare and present management reports and sales forecasts to senior leadership. 8. Identify market growth opportunities, new customer segments, and potential commercial partnerships. 9. Recruit, select, and train new members for the sales team. 10. Manage the sales department’s budget, controlling expenses related to travel, tools, and training.
