We are seeking top talent for our Commercial Area, oriented toward service excellence, to fill the position of **SALES MANAGER**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in **consultative B2B sales** (minimum 5 years), preferably in IT or cybersecurity. * Knowledge of **subscription models (MRR/ARR)** and managed services. * Proficiency in **CRM** (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and BI tools. * Familiarity with the **Peruvian Public Procurement Law** and public procurement processes. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (desirable for technological partnerships). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Strategic Sales Management** * Define and execute the commercial plan aligned with the product portfolio. * Develop target industry verticals. * Implement a consultative sales model (diagnostic analysis, business case, value proposition, proof of concept). **Team Development** * Recruit and train a team of consultative profiles (hunters and account managers). * Implement the **Sales Academy**: training in technological solutions and consultative techniques. * Establish transparent commission policies and value-based KPIs (pipeline, win-rate, MRR). **Customer and Market Management** * Build long-term relationships with strategic accounts (private and public sectors). * Ensure compliance with **value-for-money** criteria in proposals submitted to government entities. * Lead complex bidding processes and negotiations. **Monitoring and Reporting** * Monitor KPIs: recurring revenue, margin per deal, sales cycle length, NPS. * Coordinate with PMO and Finance teams to ensure real-time visibility (sales, margins, forecast). * Ensure efficient use of CRM and BI dashboards. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * On-site work mode * Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday * Formal payroll registration from day one * Birthday bonus day * Health insurance (EPS) covered by the company at 80%.
