Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in banking or microfinance supervision to advise management and lead audit teams, focused on transforming the lives of vulnerable children. Key Responsibilities: General Criteria:* Marital Status: No restriction * Age: from to years old * Professional appearance * Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 60% of the time. Knowledge:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration * Capacity and willingness to assume responsibilities * Computer proficiency (Advanced level of Microsoft Office) * Strong sense of teamwork * Perseverance and ability to motivate and manage audit teams * Good communication skills in English and local language. Minimum Experience:* Minimum of 5 years in banking or microfinance supervision * Experience advising management and reporting to audit or risk committees.
