Our 99,600 employees operate across a network of 2,600 offices and laboratories located worldwide. **Job Description** * Safety Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Environmental Engineer, or related field; * Provide necessary support for deploying GASNORP’s HSEQ management in contractor management. * Conduct tracking and documentary control regarding compliance with state-level HSEQ regulations. * Carry out scheduled and unannounced HSEQ inspections. * Organize, schedule, and track findings identified by the entire inspection team. * Guide and monitor contractor compliance with improvement actions based on findings or incidents recorded during daily activities. * Verify implementation and updating of contractors’ IPERC matrices. * Accompany and guide contractors’ root cause analyses related to occupational accidents and diseases. * Guide implementation of controls and improvement actions based on NCs, SNCs, and observations recorded in the organization’s control system. * Support tracking and verification of implementation of requirements for obtaining ITSE licenses for stations. * Inspect, verify, and report on compliance with environmental commitments assumed by the organization under each site’s Environmental Management Instruments (IGA). * Verify use of standardized forms established by the organization, as specified in the organization’s document management platform. * Perform initial review of contractors’ safety plans, signage plans, and monthly reports against minimum state requirements and the organization’s internal standards. **Requirements** * Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience. * Prior experience as an HSE Inspector or similar role in EPC projects. * Minimum one (1) year of experience as an HSE Inspector or related role in natural gas transportation and distribution projects, virtual CNG pipelines and/or LNG pipelines, CNG decompression plants, and/or satellite LNG regasification plants. * Proficiency in legal regulations on Occupational Safety and Health, enforced by SUNAFIL and the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Health. * Familiarity with environmental regulations applicable to natural gas, enforced by OEFA, is desirable. * Familiarity with technical regulations—e.g., risk assessments, contingency plans, PAAS, HSEQ procedures—enforced by OSINERGMIN, is desirable. * Familiarity with technical standards—e.g., NTP, NFPA, ANSI, ASME—applicable to natural gas, is desirable. * Completion of Integrated Management Systems training is desirable. * Training in Solid Waste and Hazardous Chemicals Management is desirable. * Solid knowledge of ISO standards and Peruvian regulatory frameworks. * Software: Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Soft skills training courses are desirable.
