Participation in manufacturing and innovation projects. **PRODUCTION MANAGER – METAL-MECHANICAL** **Lima – Manchay \- Production Plant** A company dedicated to manufacturing stainless steel grills, ovens, Chinese cabinets, and gastronomic equipment is seeking a **Production Manager** to lead and optimize the plant's manufacturing processes. Responsibilities: * Plan and supervise daily production. * Coordinate and lead production staff. * Ensure on-time delivery and quality standards compliance. * Supervise cutting, assembly, welding, and finishing processes. * Monitor efficient use of materials and supplies. * Coordinate with sales, design, and installation departments for project execution. * Implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. * Ensure compliance with plant safety regulations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the metal-mechanical sector. * Knowledge of stainless steel manufacturing processes. * Knowledge of TIG and MIG welding processes. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience leading work teams. * Availability to conduct site visits when required.
