Join our team. \#CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the production schedule by effectively managing all assigned resources—production personnel, equipment, materials, and the formulation and packaging facilities. This role is accountable for meeting key performance metrics such as efficiencies, OEE, production rates, and material usage without deviations. The position also leads the implementation of Continuous Improvement tools within the area. Additionally, the Production Coordinator must enforce all applicable Safety and Quality (GMP) standards, as well as labor regulations, within their scope of influence. The role is also responsible for raising operational needs, opportunities, and deficiencies (related to processes, equipment, installations, etc.) with actionable recommendations, and for implementing corresponding action plans and contingency measures when required. In this role, you will:* Oversee production execution, ensuring product safety throughout the entire manufacturing process and adherence to established product standards (BOMs, PpKs, etc.). * Ensure full compliance with GMP standards and proper adherence to established procedures. * Improve resource utilization by reducing downtime and eliminating inefficiencies in the production process. * Monitor daily production costs, including material consumption, cost variances in production orders, inventory deviations attributable to production execution, and overtime control. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to strengthen production systems and processes. * Facilitate the adoption of Continuous Improvement tools and help embed a culture of operational excellence. * Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations. What we look for:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, or related fields). * Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision/coordination within FMCG, packaging, or bottling industries. * Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Experience using SAP. * Intermediate level of English, both oral and written. * Strong planning, anticipation, and organizational skills. * Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, empathy, and a collaborative approach. * Proven ability to remain flexible, available, and responsive in a dynamic environment. * High potential for growth: ambition, drive, and a desire to advance within the organization.
