A *Cement and Industrial Minerals* company is seeking **(10) Production Operators** to join the organization at its **Villa El Salvador** office. **Requirements:** * Completion of secondary education (mandatory). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in production within industrial or mining companies. (PREFERRED). * Preferably reside in Villa El Salvador or nearby areas. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * Availability from Monday to Sunday, with rotating days off. **Offered:** * Full payroll registration. * Statutory benefits (bonus, CTS, vacation). * Uniform and complete PPE equipment. * Transportation allowance. * Meal allowance. * Biweekly payments. * Profit-sharing. **Main Responsibilities or Functions:** * Assist and perform manual and physically demanding tasks, ensuring proper material handling. * Participate in activities such as bundling, packaging, palletizing, among others. * Prepare equipment and ensure final products are ready for dispatch. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned work area.
