




Housekeeping Supervisor – Hotel María Luisa (Miraflores) Position Objective Ensure the proper operation of the housekeeping department, guaranteeing high standards of cleanliness, order, safety, and hygiene in guest rooms, common areas, and hotel services. Main Responsibilities Daily supervision of the housekeeping team and assignment of tasks. Inspect cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Ensure compliance with hotel procedures and standards. Coordinate replenishment of supplies, linens, and cleaning materials. Train staff on best practices, equipment usage, and proper handling of chemicals. Report incidents, damages, or maintenance requirements. Manage inventories and control efficient resource utilization. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols for guests with disabilities. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a housekeeping supervisor or team leader in hotels. Knowledge of professional cleaning processes. Ability to lead teams and resolve operational issues.
