We aim to ensure that all Arca Continental employees feel: Respected and valued for their individuality and not excluded in their interactions with other colleagues—thus creating conditions that enable us to obtain the best ideas, perspectives, decisions, and contributions from each employee. **We are currently seeking a WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT – PUCUSANA DC:** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a loading/unloading operator, warehouse assistant, or production worker (PREFERRED). * Experience in picking, packing, and product sorting (DESIRABLE). * Possession of a completed secondary education certificate or RENIEC C4 certificate (MANDATORY). * Availability to work rotating shifts (6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, and 10 PM–6 AM). * Residence in districts adjacent to the PUCUSANA site (CHILCA / PUCUSANA / MALA). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Adhere to quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety standards. * Comply with existing control measures described in the IPER matrix (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and the Environmental Aspects Matrix. * Identify non-conforming products among operational items. * Perform unloading of units arriving from delivery routes. * Record inventory losses occurring in the warehouse. * Transport damaged/lost products to the exchange zone. * Track product batch numbers and/or incoming dates to ensure proper stock rotation. * Maintain products clean and in good condition. * Keep assigned area orderly and clean. **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits (ESSALUD, CTS, family allowance, profit-sharing, vacation leave). * Daily wage of S/. 40 (monthly base salary of S/. 1200 + overtime pay). * Additional food card worth S/.61 per month, effective after the third month. * Quarterly performance bonus. * Night shift bonus (for shifts between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.). * 100% meal coverage within our cafeterias. * Corporate benefits (education support, contests, awards, vacation allowances, among others). * Statutory life insurance coverage from the first day of employment. * Accident insurance.
