Printer and device configuration and support A leading retail sector company is looking for top talent to fill the position of: Freelance Technical Support - JAÉN Requirements: Technical degree in Computing and Informatics (final cycles) or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, software installation, and antivirus deployment. Experience supporting printers, label printers, ticket printers, and/or Pocket devices. Must possess RxH certification. Must wear steel-toed boots. Must reside in Jaén. Team-oriented, communicative, self-taught, and quick learner. Responsibilities: On-demand basis. Provide software-level user support, including program installation and configuration. Format operating systems on computers. Perform data backup and restoration as needed. Applies to PCs and/or Pocket devices. Perform preventive maintenance on PCs, laptops, printers, cash drawers, ticket printers, Pocket devices, etc. Provide printer support, including print queue setup and supplier coordination when necessary. Provide label printer support, including reconfiguration and configuration. Benefits: Per incident: Micro device support is paid at S/50 per incident; Pocket and Tablet support is paid at S/17 per incident. If billed per day, an 8-hour shift is paid at S/80. Payment frequency depends on requirements.
