At Universidad Autónoma de Ica (UAI), we are seeking top talent to fill the position of UNIVERSITY WELL-BEING ASSISTANT for our Huaura Branch: Requirements: \- Completed undergraduate studies in the following fields: Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Leadership, teamwork, proactivity, initiative, organization, assertive communication, and sense of urgency (MANDATORY) \- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (MANDATORY) \- Strong oral and written communication skills. Main Responsibilities: * Provide operational, administrative, and communication support to the University Well-being and Social Responsibility Directorates. * Attend to all members of the educational community who visit the offices for inquiries related to this area. * Monitor daily implementation of activities across all campus-based services—for example: workshops, in-person medical consultations, psychopedagogical campaigns and workshops. * Coordinate and liaise with campus stakeholders to ensure execution of scheduled activities, fulfillment of service requirements, and compliance with the Annual Operational Plan (POA) (e.g., campaigns, conferences, workshop closures, etc.). * Perform other duties assigned within this area.
