**The Lima Chamber of Commerce, a leading institution in the business sector with over 137 years of experience promoting the development of free enterprise, is seeking top talent to join our organization as:** **ACADEMIC COORDINATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Education, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in this position or in similar roles. * Experience coordinating with faculty, reviewing curricula, and researching educational trends. * Familiarity with educational platforms. * Knowledge of AI or digital platforms for education. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and CRM. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate with speakers according to the specialization of the courses they will teach. * Monitor the proper implementation of programs. * Develop teacher training workshops on ICTs and pedagogical tools. * Address inquiries from participants and speakers. * Administer surveys to teachers and provide them with feedback. * Coordinate corresponding tutoring sessions with students. * Develop projects aimed at participant retention. * Manage student performance KPIs. * Other duties related to the position. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive compensation * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Corporate benefits and educational partnership agreements. * Opportunity to work for a solid, nationally and internationally recognized organization. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, at the Jesús María office.
