





FAVER is a **non-profit organization** that promotes the development of children, youth, and entrepreneurs through education, culture, and innovation. Through its **incubator**, FAVER supports productive, creative, and social initiatives focused on territory, sustainability, and community impact. We are seeking a **General Incubator Coordinator** with management capacity, leadership skills, and strategic vision to align teams, mentors, volunteers, and partners for the proper operation and growth of the program. **Position Objective** To coordinate, implement, and strengthen the operation of FAVER’s incubator, ensuring correct implementation of programs, support for incubated projects, and achievement of operational, training, and impact milestones. **Main Responsibilities** **Management and Coordination** * Coordinate the overall operation of the incubator and its programs. * Organize schedules, activities, workshops, and mentoring sessions. * Coordinate with mentors, volunteers, partners, and entrepreneurs. **Project Support** * Monitor the progress of incubated ventures. * Support the definition of milestones, goals, and work plans. * Identify technical needs and channel specialized support. **Institutional Linkage** * Manage relationships with strategic partners (NGOs, companies, incubators, universities). * Support the pursuit of agreements, funding, and opportunities for the incubator. * Represent FAVER at local entrepreneurial ecosystem events. **Monitoring and Improvement** * Track basic indicators (participation, progress, outcomes). * Propose improvements to the incubation model. * Support internal reporting and results accountability. **Candidate Profile** * Technical or university-level studies (ongoing or completed) in: Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, or related fields. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in: Project coordination, incubators, social programs, or entrepreneurship. * Basic knowledge of: Entrepreneurship, business models, project management. * Organizational, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to work with diverse teams (volunteers, entrepreneurs, partners). * Commitment to social work and territorial development. * Basic proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email). **Compensation Structure** * **Base salary:** S/ 1,500 per month. * **Commissions and variable bonuses**, determined according to: * The coordinator’s prior experience. * Achievement of program milestones (cohort launches, number of incubated projects, partnerships secured). * Measurable outcomes (participation rates, continuity, fundraising success, events executed). * Potential salary increases as the program grows. **Work Modality** * **Hybrid:** * In-person attendance for local coordination, workshops, and key meetings. * Remote work for planning, monitoring, and administrative management. * Flexible schedule, focused on objective attainment. **We Offer** * Leadership experience in an incubator delivering real social impact. * Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning. * Space to propose and co-develop the incubation model. * A network of contacts in entrepreneurship, innovation, and social impact. **How to Apply** Submit your CV and a brief cover letter (maximum one page) indicating: * Experience coordinating projects or programs. * Motivation for working in an NGO and in a high-impact incubator.
