Newrest, a multinational company specializing in catering, currently operates in over 49 countries and has been present in Peru for 12 years. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations across Airline Catering, Concessions, Retail, and Food Services, Maintenance, and Hospitality at Remote Sites (shift-based regime). We are currently seeking: **CUSTOMER SERVICE – MOQUEGUA 14X7** **Requirements:** · Completed secondary education. · Minimum 6 months’ experience as a waiter/waitress or in similar roles. · Minimum 3 months’ experience working under a shift-based regime (preferred). · Prior work experience in dining halls, food concessionaires, or food companies. · Residence in TACNA, AREQUIPA, MOQUEGUA, CUSCO, PUNO, or neighboring areas. **Responsibilities:** · Provide personalized customer service in accordance with service standards. · Serve the day’s designated meals, coordinating with the ADC and/or Supervisor regarding quantities to be served. · Place food trays in their designated locations along the service line and replenish them as needed. · Prepare food presentation samples for the respective service. · Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area according to services provided to customers. **We offer:** · 100% covered meals during operations (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). · Fully covered accommodation and transportation (from specific pickup points). · Formal employment with Newrest, including all statutory benefits (bonus payments, CTS, vacation, profit-sharing). · Mobility bonus. · Opportunities for career growth within the company.
