We are currently seeking a Selection Consultant for a remote project. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology. * More than 1 year of experience managing personnel selection processes. * Experience in mass recruitment of personnel and specific positions. * Experience in recruiting for operational roles (e.g., operators, drivers). Responsibilities: * Conduct outreach and dissemination for required personnel openings. * Carry out recruitment and selection of personnel for various requirements. * Benefits: * Join a solid company specializing in personnel recruitment and selection. * Base salary: PEN 1,200 (paid as professional service fees) + bonus of PEN 50 per hired person. * Remote work (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM). * Opportunity to continue on other long-term projects.
