On behalf of our client Automotriz Pana Autos, we are looking for a Painting and Bodywork Advisor - San Isidro REQUIREMENTS * Technical and/or university studies in Automotive Mechanics * 2 years of experience as a PyP advisor * Technical knowledge: Preparation of damage estimates, knowledge of paint repair procedures, bodywork repair knowledge, quotation of collision spare parts BENEFITS * Base salary 1600 soles * Variable commission 1000 (insurable for the first two months), thereafter all commissions earned. * Full payroll, bonuses, holiday pay, family allowance, etc. * 100% EPS FUNCTIONS * Receive customers who have had an incident to be covered by the insurance company, * Prepare the estimate of damages reported by customers for subsequent submission to the insurance company for * approval or rejection as applicable. * Once approved, inform the customer about the repair and the deductible to be paid * Request spare parts, coordinate with external workshops, and follow up on cases assigned. * Perform quality control on vehicles prior to delivery. * Deliver documents to ADV for timely case closure. * Ensure vehicles leave in perfect condition for final delivery. * Maintain coordination of human resources, internal communication, and necessary facilities for * efficient workflow. * Ensure operational readiness of equipment and tools required for workshop operations. * Comply with and enforce company safety regulations. * Ensure stock of PPE and materials necessary for workshop operations. * Support technicians on the time-tracking platform, monitor compliance with productive time, unproductive time, break times, check-in and check-out times. * Assign technicians to their respective workstations.
