**Requirements:** Lineman technician with experience in FTTX fiber optic network implementation. Solid knowledge of field fiber optic cable installation. Minimum 1 year of experience in: * **Fusion** splicing * **OTDR, OLTS, and PM** measurements Knowledge of fiber optic measurement instruments and tools (**Power Meter – OTDR – Fusion Splicer**). Solid ability to read wiring diagrams and single-line or splice diagrams. Knowledge of corrective maintenance for in-service networks. Familiarity with applications: **Google Earth, Google Maps, CAD Mobile, FAST REPORT**. Experience in **FTTH (GPON)** installations. Driver’s license preferred. Residence in **Cajamarca**.
