




Our client**, A MULTINATIONAL LOGISTICS SERVICES PROVIDER***, is seeking a **Recovery Manager** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical diploma or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, call center, or accounts receivable recovery. * Experience handling objections and negotiation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, in San Isidro. * Employment status: General labor regime. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Make collection calls in English to U.S. clients. * Record, update, and follow up on payment commitments. * Manage reminders, emails, and communications to recover outstanding accounts. * Negotiate agreements and handle client objections. * Prepare reports on collection activities and progress. * Coordinate with internal departments to validate information and update account records. * Maintain consistent and organized management of each assigned case. Position type: Full-time, permanent. Salary: PEN 2,000.00 – PEN 3,000.00 per month.
