**REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Safety Engineering, or Environmental Engineering. * 2 years of experience as an SSOMA Inspector. * Basic Level 1 MATPEL proficiency. * Proficiency in handling and using fire extinguishers. * Knowledge of environmental management (desirable). * Volunteer firefighter (desirable). * Availability to work at Av. Maquinarias 2414, Cercado de Lima. **FUNCTIONS:** * Update procedures, plans, instructions, diagrams, and forms, and ensure their implementation. * Promote staff awareness regarding the importance of Safety, Health, and Environment. * Conduct scheduled and unscheduled Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental inspections. * Support the monthly generation of management indicators. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and determine controls (IPERC). * Verify third-party personnel work activities through ATS and ATR documents. * Verify compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Regulation. * Implement the annual SSOMA plan and program. * Verify signage, fire extinguisher, electrical, location, and architectural diagrams. * Inspect fire extinguishers and installations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental conditions. * Implement the accident and incident procedure, including immediate reporting (sworn statement by involved party and/or witness), investigation, and closure of corrective actions. * Verify compliance with other provisions of Law No. 29783 and its resolutions. * Conduct the CSST election and hold monthly CSST meetings (ordinary and/or extraordinary minutes). * Implement the annual training program and brigade personnel training. * Prepare monthly SSOMA reports and drill reports. * Update the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) matrix and training records. * Coordinate with logistics for PPE procurement, review of technical specifications, fire extinguisher recharging, and PPE distribution. * Deliver occupational safety and health induction to new staff. * Review, implement, and monitor the Annual COVID-19 Surveillance Plan. * Conduct awareness talks for operational staff: “5-Minute Recommendations” and support for active breaks. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Remuneration: PEN 2,000 – PEN 2,500 (maximum). * Work location: Av.
