





**REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate of a technical program in **Administration, Accounting, or related fields**. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in similar administrative roles. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and monitor **employee travel allowances** and **accounts payable**, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of disbursed funds. * Review and record **travel allowance reports** in the accounting system promptly. * Coordinate and carry out **air ticket purchases** for staff, ensuring efficient use of the company’s financial resources. * Properly register and archive **warehouse asset movements** to other branches using incoming and outgoing delivery notes.
