**Job Posting – Graphic Designer / Marketing Assistant** **Nazca Energy S.A.C.** is seeking a **Graphic Designer / Marketing Assistant** responsible for creating and executing graphic materials and digital content for marketing purposes, strengthening visual identity and contributing to brand positioning, customer acquisition, and community engagement. **Requirements:** **Education and Experience** * Technical or university degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and digital content management within marketing agencies or corporate communications departments. * Must reside in Los Olivos or neighboring districts. **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (preferred: After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, Blender/3ds Max). * Experience with collaborative design platforms: Canva, Figma. * Knowledge of video editing, basic animation, and print/digital formats (CMYK, RGB, typography, resolution). * Basic knowledge of digital marketing and experience using Meta Business Suite or other advertising platforms (preferred). * Proficiency in office productivity tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel. * Preferred: basic photography skills (framing, lighting, composition). **Skills and Competencies** * Creativity and innovation. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Strong written and visual communication skills. * Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. * Attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze market conditions and industry trends to identify creative and strategic opportunities relative to competitors. * Create graphic content for organic posts and paid campaigns on social media and other digital platforms. * Design static and audiovisual graphic materials: corporate presentations, brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, banners, social media assets, email marketing templates, etc. * Ensure graphic assets generate authentic organic engagement and drive active audience participation. * Edit institutional, promotional, and testimonial videos. * Support photo shoots and image editing for commercial content and documentation. * Collaborate with the marketing team to design the corporate brochure, commercial portfolio, presentations, and official letters. * Support the production and design of physical advertising materials: merchandise, folders, t-shirts, panels, exhibition stands, etc. * Input and organize leads into telemarketing databases sourced from various channels. * Monitor and manage social media accounts as needed, in coordination with the marketing team. * Maintain and update the content calendar and perform daily publication tracking. * Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness. * Assist in distributing customer satisfaction surveys and preparing results reports. * Participate in recordings and coverage of corporate events, trade fairs, and training sessions. * Adapt graphics and creative content for different platforms and target audiences. * Contribute ideas during marketing meetings to improve visual communication. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing company in the energy sector. * Contract via Receipt of Honoraria. * Timely monthly payments.
