We are seeking a Multifunctional Assistant for Los Olivos who will serve as the first point of contact—guiding our students and prospects, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience from the very first moment. **SCHEDULE:** * ***Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM*** * ***Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM*** * ***Sunday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Los Olivos)*** **SALARY:** S/ 500.00 – S/ 530.00 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive and guide visitors and students, offering a warm and professional welcome. * Manage the point of sale: merchandise, accessories, and archery equipment. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing counter and display area. * Assist with attendance registration and distribution of equipment. * Serve as a communication channel between customers, coaches, and the administrative team. * Operate cash register/POS and generate corresponding reports in the CRM. * Support delivery of introductory classes. * Perform other duties related to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in **Customer Service, Sales, or Reception (minimum 6 months).** * Excellent personal presentation and a positive, service-oriented attitude. * Regular participation in sports. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to organize tasks and multitask effectively in dynamic environments. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract (on payroll). * **Training** and ongoing support. * **Performance-based bonus**, including commercial targets, awarded after the probationary period. * Opportunities for professional development within a growing sports environment. * Recognition for punctuality and commitment.
