HIRING FOR STARTING OR INCREASING ACTIVITY. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age between 21 and 70 years. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer management in the field and/or intangible sales (preferably in the banking sector). * Proficiency in Office at user level. * Students in related fields (Economics, Administration, Accounting, Finance, etc.) or completed technical/university studies. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. (With personal time management) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Acquiring clients for small business loan placements (field-based management). * Contacting pre-qualified clients by phone (office-based management). * Updating client visit reports during prospecting activities. * Actively participating in follow-up meetings. * Collaborating as a team to achieve established goals.
