At CONCEPT HOUSE S.A.C., a specialty store selling interior design products and projects, we are seeking a Call Center Sales Advisor. Key Responsibilities: * Contact customers who reach out to us via WhatsApp and social media by phone. * Respond to inquiries via messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). * Provide basic guidance on our interior design products and services. * Follow up with interested customers and close sales. * Register customer and sales information in the system. Requirements: * Prior call center experience successfully meeting the company’s sales targets. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to negotiate effectively and guide customers toward closing deals. * Basic proficiency in WhatsApp Business and social media platforms. * Proactivity, organization, and results orientation.
