**FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE – TRADITIONAL CHANNEL \- GRANOS Y VERDES HATUN RUNA SAC** **TRADITIONAL CHANNEL: Direct sales in markets, grocery stores, and physical retail outlets.** A reputable company engaged in the marketing and development of products such as dried fruits, flours, pasta, oils, and honey. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education, incomplete technical studies, incomplete university studies, or interrupted academic studies. * Minimum verifiable work experience of 2 years in **FMCG sales**, natural products, grocery stores, retail shops, and general merchandise stores. * Familiarity with sales routes in Eastern Lima or urban areas. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). * **Existing customer portfolio (desirable but not mandatory).** * Strong verbal communication skills, proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and adaptability to change. * Residence in districts adjacent to Eastern Lima or urban areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Meet daily effectiveness objectives. * Systematically visit all designated points of sale according to the scheduled daily route. * Plan daily sales activities each morning. * Participate in corporate and commercial events organized by the company. * Apply prescribed sales steps and techniques at each visited point of sale. * Monitor and report competitor activities observed in the field. * Adhere strictly to scheduled working hours during the sales process. * Support the overall efficiency and performance of the company’s sales department. * Request approval from supervisor and/or sales manager prior to offering credit sales. * Deposit collected funds into the company cash register on the same day collections are made. **BENEFITS:** * Base salary of S/1,350 (for first two months under RXH scheme); starting from the third month, formal employment under the Microenterprise Regime with a base remuneration of S/1,500. * Commission-based earnings tied to sales performance. * Mobility allowance of S/200 **(provided at the start of employment).** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Work location: Metropolitan Lima (Ate, La Molina, Santa Anita, Barranco, Chorrillos, San Juan de Miraflores, Villa María del Triunfo, Villa El Salvador, Cercado de Lima, Comas, and Carabayllo). * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. **ADDRESS: AV.
