




REQUIREMENTS: STUDENT OR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE IN ADMINISTRATION OR RELATED FIELDS WORK LOCATION: Calle Las Lupunas, Lot 26, Callao 07031. WORK HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM; SATURDAYS, 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM BENEFITS: GENERAL REGIME — ON PAYROLL FROM DAY ONE. SALARY: PEN 1,600 + MEAL ALLOWANCE AND PERFORMANCE BONUSES RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support material quotations for procurement processes. Prepare quotations for procurement processes. * Archive and maintain up-to-date commercial department documentation. * Address requirements for machinery, materials, uniforms, and equipment across all contracts, in accordance with established procedures. * Coordinate with suppliers. * Coordinate the execution and compliance of various services under contracts located in provincial areas. * Comply with controls and actions established regarding significant environmental aspects, as applicable. * Prepare company presentation folders. * Generate purchase orders for PPEs, uniforms, and supplies for special services. * Organize the performance of duties in line with applicable Integrated Management System guidelines. * Consolidate and monitor invoices. * Prepare installation and de-installation records for contracts, as well as delivery guides. * Record purchases and other transactions in software.
