Ten Ren is a tea-based beverage brand, best known for its "Bubble Tea," and also offers a line of snacks such as "Bubble Waffles." By the end of 2025, we will operate 13 locations across Lima and the provinces. We are currently seeking professionals for our Marketing department, for the position of **GRAPHIC DESIGNER**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Maintain and ensure visual branding consistency (colors, typography, graphic style) across all touchpoints. - Propose and implement visual enhancements that reinforce brand identity and customer experience. - Design and produce high-quality creative materials for print and digital media: flyers, banners, totems, video walls, friezes, advertising screens, and web resources. - Design graphic assets for integrated campaigns (ATL/BTL), social media, promotions, in-store displays, packaging, menus, signage, and general printed materials. - Create and edit engaging video content, including motion graphics, promotional videos, and other multimedia resources. - Support the development of presentations, mockups, prototypes, and visual materials for strategy or pitch purposes. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting established deadlines in a dynamic environment. **REQUIREMENTS:** - Completed studies in Graphic Design or related fields. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, and CapCut. - Prior experience in video editing and motion graphics—as well as Blender 3D—will be highly valued. - Familiarity with web design principles for WordPress, and tools such as Figma, or knowledge of HTML/CSS and UI/UX. - Solid expertise in branding, typography, and visual hierarchy. - Experience in the soda fountain/café industry (preferred). - Basic photography skills, art direction, and printing equipment knowledge will be considered an advantage. - Portfolio or portfolio link must be attached. **BENEFITS:** - Statutory benefits from day one (General Regime, at 100%) - Punctuality bonus Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000 – S/.3,000 per month Workplace: On-site
