Requirements: * Minimum 1 **year** of experience as a Security Supervisor. * Completed secondary education. * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * Certijoven or Certiadulto certification. * Valid SUCAMEC course (**not mandatory**). * Availability to work **12-hour rotating shifts** (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. / 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). * Minimum age: 35 **years**. * Male applicants only. * Willingness to relocate to assigned districts. Responsibilities: * Identify and report incidents and/or emergencies occurring at the site. * Ensure the safety of facilities. * Monitor attendance and supervise operational staff. * Conduct regular patrols. * Perform other duties inherent to the role.
