Job Summary: We are seeking a Slot Room Administrator to supervise, coordinate, and manage daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality service, and regulatory compliance. Recreativos Fargo is currently recruiting **Slot Room Administrators** nationwide. **Objective** Supervise, coordinate, and manage daily slot room operations, ensuring all machines remain operational, customers receive high-quality service, and all applicable regulations are complied with. **Requirements** * Technical or bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. * Experience managing slot rooms, casinos, or similar entertainment establishments. * Experience in personnel management and customer service. * Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the operation of all slot machines. * Monitor cash and chip flow. * Provide courteous and efficient customer service. * Organize promotional events within the slot room. * Implement control and monitoring measures to prevent fraud, theft, and other incidents. * Supervise, train, and motivate operational staff. * Schedule staff shifts. * Ensure all slot room activities comply with regulations. * Manage the acquisition of required permits and licenses for legal operation. * Prepare reports. * Coordinate with service providers for facility maintenance. * Maintain cleanliness and order within the slot room. **Considerations** * Availability to work rotating shifts (day and night) and holidays. * Willingness to travel. * Residency in Jaén. * Benefits as stipulated by law. \*Suitable for persons with disabilities.
