




PACIFIC TRADE, a leading company in the sale of technological equipment, is seeking a Sales Assistant. We are looking for a professional with a background in international business, marketing, sales, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Female candidates only; dynamic, proactive individuals with strong verbal fluency and commercial skills. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Support customer portfolio management (Lima and provinces). Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and other requested commercial documents. Track orders in coordination with internal departments. Register and update sales information in the ERP system. Respond to customer inquiries via corporate email or WhatsApp. Assist in preparing sales reports. Coordinate and support payment follow-up together with the Credit and Collections department. Identify growth opportunities and related product categories. Coordinate product shipments, verifying availability, delivery dates, and managing communication between warehouse and sales staff. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience with commercial management systems. Knowledge of sales techniques. Ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
