Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead site management, quality control, cost control, and schedule management for building construction projects, managing contracts and the site logbook. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead construction site management for building projects 2. Quality, cost, and schedule control 3. Management of lump-sum contracts At SUMAC, we are looking for a Construction Supervisor. Responsibilities: * Manage construction site management for building projects. * Handle quality, cost, and schedule control. * Conduct joint valuations and measurements. * Manage the site logbook. * Be responsible for project acceptance and final settlement. * Lead the management of lump-sum contracts. Requirements: \- Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer, duly registered and authorized to practice. \- Minimum 2 years of post-registration experience in similar roles. \- Experience in construction execution within the financial and retail sectors. \- Knowledge of construction site management and quality, cost, and schedule control.
