Customer registration and organization **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – HUANCAYO** **Company:** Las Fortalezas Inmobiliaria **Location:** La Rivera, Huancayo Las Fortalezas Inmobiliaria is seeking an organized, proactive Administrative Assistant with document management capabilities to support the company's administrative and after-sales processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Delivering documents to accounting. * Issuing receipts. * Preparing powers of attorney validity periods. * Reviewing contracts generated by advisors and coordinating with notaries. * Sending documents to customers (after-sales service). * Coordinating with the operations department for offloading sold properties. * Coordinating and following up with notaries to expedite documentary procedures. * Registering customers (cash and financed) in the internal system. * Archiving and organizing customer documents. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in administration or related fields. * Experience in administrative functions (preferred). * Proficiency in digital tools and administrative systems. * Orderliness, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Communication and coordination skills. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm / 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm * Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm * **Work Mode:** On-site office work. * **Compensation:** S/ 1200 **Application:** Interested candidates should submit an updated CV or apply via the platform. **Position Type:** Full-time **Department:** Administration Salary: S/.1,100\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
