Accompany sales advisors under your responsibility according to their assigned zone, focusing service on customer satisfaction and goal achievement. Train your sales force team, emphasizing strategies and tools necessary to improve performance and productivity of personnel under your supervision. Knowledge of territories, sales techniques, objection handling, and assertive communication at all levels. Communication at all levels.
