




Job Summary: We are seeking a Lubrication Technician with experience in mining or plant operations to perform lubrication, oil sampling, and accessory assembly tasks, ensuring compliance with lubrication programs and safety policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform lubrication activities, oil sampling, and filter replacement. 2. Assemble and install lubrication accessories and conduct visual inspections. 3. Recognized globally as the benchmark for quality and integrity, SGS employs over 95,000 professionals and operates a network of more than 2,400 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** * Lubrication activities including greasing, oil changes, oil sampling, filter replacement, ferrography, field inspections, leak repairs, etc., and adherence to the annual lubrication program. * Extraction and tracking of used oil and grease samples according to the annual program. * Assembly and installation of lubrication accessories (e.g., automatic lubricators, Pitot tubes, level indicators, filters, etc.). * Field visual inspections (e.g., condition of automatic lubricators, level indicators, filter condition, oil color, etc.). * Lubrication of equipment such as conveyor belts, mills, crushers, and thickeners. * Monitoring grease consumption in automatic lubricators. * Mandatory completion of work permit forms per MCP policies. * Compliance with MCP and contractor company policies regarding safety, health, environment, and other applicable policies. **Requirements** * Either of the following two experiences will be considered: * Mining Technician (Lubrication): Knowledge of hauling and loading equipment; must understand maintenance of such equipment or component assembly/replacement. * Plant Technician (Lubrication): Knowledge of thickeners, flotation cells, mills, gearboxes, electric motors, and lubrication principles. * Preferred: Completion of lubrication-related training courses or certifications. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract with full statutory benefits from the first day of work. * 100% Life Insurance coverage under Peruvian law, effective from the first day of employment.
