Job Summary: We are seeking recent graduates in Architecture or Civil Engineering with continuous curiosity and strong teamwork skills to master all stages of real-world projects. Key Highlights: 1. We seek well-rounded candidates eager to master every stage of a real project through a 360° Learning approach: Design and Drafting: Support in preparing architectural drawings, construction details, and 3D modeling. Urban Development: Design and preparation of subdivision plans for urban development. Physical-Legal Regularization: Active participation in factory declarations, subdivisions, property separations, and internal regulations (procedures before SUNARP and Municipalities). Project Management and Site Supervision: Direct on-site assistance and technical visits for quality control. Cost Engineering: Preparation of accurate quantity take-offs, detailed budgets, and unit price analyses (UPA). Planning: Creation and monitoring of construction schedules (Gantt charts). What Are We Looking For In You? Education: Graduates in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Proficiency in Key Tools: AutoCAD (mandatory). Rendering software. Quantity take-off and budgeting software. Competencies: Ability to interpret drawings and knowledge of current regulations.
