




Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Safety Engineer to ensure compliance with operational, quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures compliance with safety and environmental procedures 2. Conducts safety talks and supervises field personnel 3. Investigates accidents and manages the integrated management system We are a company composed of professionals and technicians specialized in **telescopic cranes and heavy cargo transportation**, with over 15 years of experience in lifting and transportation services nationwide. We provide comprehensive services to the **Mining, Hydrocarbons, Industrial, and Construction** sectors, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. We are currently seeking an: **ASSISTANT SAFETY ENGINEER** **Educational Level** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of current Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar functions (desirable). **Main Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) * Ensure compliance with operational, quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental procedures established by the client during operational activities. * Deliver 5-minute safety talks to all operational personnel. * Ensure that operational and administrative personnel apply safe work procedures; verify the status of personal protective equipment, tools, and equipment; resolve non-conformities; formulate corrective and/or preventive actions as required; conduct periodic field inspections of personnel according to approved and properly communicated schedules agreed upon with the client. * Ensure implementation of the training plan and the occupational safety plan; administer and report required performance indicators. * Investigate workplace accidents, supported by lessons learned. * Provide support in cases of workplace accidents. * Conduct field inspections of work areas for continuous and ongoing supervision. * Submit progress reports and results of activities performed by supplier personnel in fulfillment of the integrated management system requirements. * Comply with and enforce policies, objectives, standards, regulations, and instructions of the integrated management system. * Participate in integrated management system training activities. * Comply with all documentation requirements of the organization’s integrated management system. * Report to the supervisor any incidents occurring during normal job performance. * Continuously collaborate on other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
