At **Consorcio Logístico Sagitario** we are currently seeking **CRANE OPERATORS** with low bed experience to work with us at MINERA CHINALCO located in the Toromocho area at 4,500 meters above sea level. Candidates must have over 4 years of proven experience to work under a 2x1 schedule, general regime, with full legal benefits. If from a province, the company covers transportation tickets and travel allowances to the mine. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct a thorough inspection of the equipment (walk-around check) before starting the shift. * Immediately report any equipment anomalies before, during, and after the shift. * Assess risks in the work area before positioning the equipment. Report any substandard conditions immediately to the supervisor. * Comply with and adhere to project standards and procedures. * Know rigging techniques (slings, shackles, and hooks, etc.), considering the capacity, specifications, and characteristics of the load to be lifted. * Use personal protective equipment (hard hat, goggles, vest, gloves, safety footwear, and other items required by daily job demands as defined in procedures) at all times. * Properly secure the work zone and remove unauthorized personnel from the area. * Care for and protect company assets assigned for proper performance of duties (radios, retractable lanyards, harnesses, vehicles, among others), beginning with equipment order and cleanliness. * Perform other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence. * Comply with work standards specified in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 3 years of certified experience lifting loads in industrial, mining, construction, civil works, plant shutdowns, and similar projects. * Technical personnel (preferred). * Documented competency through courses and/or certifications from previous workplaces. * Basic knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance (non-restrictive). * Knowledge of international standards (ASME B30\) that standardize best lifting practices. * Ability to accurately read and interpret load charts and diagrams of the equipment being operated. * Knowledge of hand signals according to B30\.5\ standard. * Extensive knowledge in developing a rigging plan. * Teamwork ability and soft skills (good communication with assigned rigger). * Proactive worker with a positive attitude oriented toward continuous improvement. **AVAILABILITY:** * To work under a 14x7 schedule or other special or alternative shifts depending on the company's operational needs. * Availability to travel within the country.
