At **Consorcio Logístico Sagitario**, we are looking for **CRANE OPERATORS** with low-bed experience to work with us at MINERA CHINALCO, located in the Toromocho area at 4,500 msnm. Candidates must have over 4 years of verified experience to work under a 2x1 shift system, on payroll with all statutory benefits. If you are from a province, the company covers travel expenses and relocation allowances to the mine. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct a thorough equipment inspection (pre-shift walk-around) before starting the shift. * Immediately report any equipment anomalies: before, during, and after the shift. * Assess risks in the work area prior to positioning the equipment. In case of any substandard condition, immediately inform the supervisor. * Comply with and align to project standards and procedures. * Know rigging techniques (slings, shackles, shackles, etc.), considering load capacities, specifications, and characteristics of the load to be lifted. * Always use personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, vest, gloves, safety footwear, and other items required by daily job demands as defined in procedures). * Properly secure the work zone and remove unauthorized personnel from it. * Care for and protect company assets assigned for proper performance of duties (radios, retractable lanyards, harnesses, vehicles, among others), beginning with equipment organization and cleanliness. * Perform other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence. * Comply with work standards indicated in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 3 years of certified experience lifting cargo in industrial, mining, construction, civil works, plant shutdowns, and similar projects. * Technical personnel (preferred). * Documented competence through courses and/or certifications from previous employers. * Basic knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance (non-mandatory). * Knowledge of international standards (ASME B30) standardizing best practices for lifting. * Ability to read and accurately interpret load charts and diagrams of the equipment being operated. * Knowledge of hand signals per standard B30.5. * Extensive knowledge in developing rigging plans. * Teamwork ability and soft skills (effective communication with assigned rigger). * Proactive approach and positive attitude oriented toward continuous improvement. **AVAILABILITY:** * Willingness to work under a 14x7 shift regime or other special or alternative regimes, as required by operational needs. * Willingness to travel within the country.
