




Academic Level: University Degree Profession: Mechanical Engineer | Industrial Engineer | Other related fields (Registered and Licensed) Specialization: 120 hours in Occupational Health and Safety in Mining English Level: Intermediate MS Office Proficiency: Intermediate Driver's License: Minimum Class AIIB (desirable) Experience: 3 years of experience in mining supervision 3 years in heavy automotive service areas (trucks and dump trucks) Main Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with all tasks, actions, activities, and duties performed by all technical personnel under your shift according to Volvo standards. 2. Develop, plan, approve, and coordinate the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the most appropriate times, with client supervision, fulfilling contractual requirements. 3. Daily report stock withdrawals of high-turnover spare parts for warranties, contracts, and clients to the Contract Manager by submitting reports and photos of withdrawal vouchers. 4. Ensure proper use and closure of Service Work Orders (OTS) generated during your shift, maintaining daily control of their creation and delivering status reports of OTs to the next shift, formally handed over during shift change. 5. Ensure compliance with regulations (D.S. N° 024-2016-EM and its amendment D.S. N° 023-2017-EM), standards, and procedures in operations, leading the technical team, supervising working conditions, and promptly reporting incidents and accidents to relevant departments to ensure personnel safety. 6. Comply with all documented guidelines (policies, processes, procedures) issued by the Quality and SSOMA department. 7. Request technical support in operations from the Regional Manager of Volvo Perú or the Corporate Service Manager of ACP as required.
